- Send one decision and the contextShare the question, constraints and desired outcome. The package includes a short pre-read: one diagram or up to ten pages of relevant material, agreed before the session. Do not send production secrets.

- Use the 90-minute working sessionCompare the viable options, challenge assumptions and work through failure paths. Discuss the consequences for delivery and operations. Record unanswered questions instead of guessing at missing evidence.

- Receive a decision noteReceive the recommendation, trade-offs, open questions and next actions with proposed owners. If code inspection or testing is needed, agree a separate review or audit rather than extending the call without a new scope.

## Can this become ongoing technical advisory support?

Yes. After an initial engagement, Upserto can scope recurring decision sessions, review checkpoints or reserved advisory hours. Topics, availability, response expectations and price are agreed in a separate proposal. There is no implied on-call or unlimited support commitment.
