Cybersecurity Review & Vulnerability Research

# Review access, business logic and API risks.

Review a specific API, login flow or business rule with written authorisation. The report explains how an issue can be reproduced, what it could affect and how to fix and retest it within the agreed scope.

## A valid login is not blanket access.

The same identity may read its own tenant resource. A request for another tenant is stopped by an ownership check before it reaches that resource.

## When this is useful

Teams releasing a sensitive API, changing authentication or investigating a possible application weakness.

- A signed-in user may be able to request a resource belonging to another account or tenant.

- A suspected business-logic issue needs a controlled test and a clear impact assessment.

- An existing security finding lacks the reproduction steps or code context needed for a fix.

## How the work happens

- Agree the targets and permissionConfirm written authorisation, test accounts, permitted techniques and stop conditions. Decide how sensitive test material will be handled.

- Follow the request through the codeReview handlers, access rules and data queries. Test the agreed paths for authorisation, injection, authentication and business-logic issues in the approved environment.

- Document the finding and retestProvide the smallest useful reproduction, affected paths and severity rationale. Separate demonstrated behaviour from possible impact, then define a fix and the checks that would confirm it.

## What your team receives

- Prioritised findings with affected paths and safe reproduction steps.

- Supporting evidence, impact assumptions and the reason for each severity rating.

- Recommended controls, retest checks and a list of what was not reviewed.

## Does a review include fixes or formal certification?

The initial review delivers findings and remediation guidance. Fixes and retests can be included in a separate proposal. Formal certification is outside this service.
