AI Integration & Automation

# AI workflows your team can check.

Connect AI to an existing product or internal tool: answer from project documents, prepare a code-review brief or extract structured data. Start with one workflow, test it on real examples you can share, and define when it must ask for a person to decide.

## Context in. Evidence out. You decide.

Only permitted task context enters evaluation. The output includes evidence and a proposed change; consequential actions wait for a human decision.

## When this is useful

Teams adding an assistant, document-processing step or development automation to an existing system.

- An answer looks convincing, but the user cannot find the source or check it.

- A prototype works in a demo but fails on missing context, misleading instructions or restricted data.

- The team needs to know which tasks save time and which still require manual review.

## How the work happens

- Define the task and expected outputChoose one job and a set of examples with expected answers or actions. Agree which data the system may read, what it may change and which decisions require approval.

- Connect the workflowUse the existing application, permissions and tools. Return source references with answers where relevant. Keep model suggestions separate from code changes, payments or other actions that need approval.

- Test mistakes and operating costRun normal examples and cases with missing data, conflicting instructions or denied access. Review the errors, response time and model usage, then decide what is ready to use and what needs more work.

## What your team receives

- A working pilot connected to the agreed product or tools.

- A reusable test set, recorded run results and examples the workflow cannot handle reliably.

- Configuration and access rules, operating instructions and a recommendation for the next release.

## Can this cover code review and QA as well as product features?

Yes. For example, a review workflow can read a merge request and its task, collect test results and produce a report with file references. The application enforces access and tool permissions; a reviewer decides whether to accept a proposed change.
