## Start focused. Build with confidence.

Start with a focused audit or a clearly scoped piece of engineering work.

01 /

### Focused technical audit

One component, one clear question. Review an agreed backend, payment, AI or application-security workflow, with up to four hours of analysis and a concise written report.

Evidence and observations · prioritised risks · recommended next steps

AUDITS FROM$400

02 /

### Payment integrations & reliability

A scoped provider integration or improvement to an existing payment flow. Review webhooks, state transitions and duplicate-processing risks, then implement and test the agreed path.

One agreed integration or workflow · tests · handover notes

SCOPED WORK FROM$1,500

03 /

### Backend implementation & improvement

One API, service integration, bug fix or performance bottleneck in Go or PHP/Laravel. Agree the affected path, implement the change and verify it with focused tests.

A defined change · tests · documented handover

SMALL TASKS FROM$1,000

04 /

### AI integration & automation

One useful AI workflow connected to your product or internal tools: an assistant, document workflow, development tool or automation. Evaluate the result, access controls and operating cost.

One scoped pilot · evaluation examples · setup and handover

PILOTS FROM$1,500

05 /

### Cybersecurity review & vulnerability research

A scoped manual review of application code, APIs, authentication or business logic. Investigate attack paths, document reproducible findings and define practical countermeasures.

Evidence-backed findings · risk priorities · remediation plan

SCOPED REVIEWS FROM$1,500

Agree the scope before work begins. The $400 entry audit covers one agreed area. Implementation, broader testing and retests are quoted separately.

Starting prices cover limited engagements. Final deliverables, milestones, timing, taxes where applicable and third-party costs are confirmed in your proposal.

## Questions before starting

What does the $400 technical audit include? The entry audit covers one agreed component or workflow, up to four hours of analysis and a concise written report with evidence, prioritised risks and recommended next steps. Implementation, wider testing and retests are scoped separately.

Which payment and backend problems can Upserto work on?Provider integrations, webhooks, payment states, duplicate processing, reconciliation, APIs and service integrations. Backend work focuses on Go and PHP/Laravel, with scope and verification agreed before implementation.

Is AI work limited to code review or QA?No. Engagements can cover product assistants, document workflows, internal automation, development tools, code review or QA. Start with one use case and evaluate quality, access controls and operating cost.

How is sensitive client information handled?Access, confidentiality requirements and tools are agreed before sensitive material is shared. Access is limited to the agreed scope. Client names, code and project details are not published without permission.

How we work

## Direct collaboration. Clear ownership.

### Engineering with care

Upserto provides engineering services across payments, backend systems, AI and application security. Experience in fintech and iGaming informs a practical approach to reliability, integration and risk.

Every engagement receives careful attention: a clear understanding of the problem, transparent communication and a result that can be reviewed and handed over.

### Privacy & confidentiality

Client privacy and confidentiality are central to our work. Access is limited to the agreed scope, and sensitive information is handled with care. Client names, code and project details are not published without permission.

Confidentiality requirements, tools and data-sharing arrangements are agreed before sensitive material is used.

### Website analytics

Optional Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and whether visitors use contact or booking options. It loads only after you allow analytics. Names, email addresses and project briefs are not included in analytics events. You can change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer.

01 / DEFINE

### Agree the problem and scope.

Identify the affected workflow, required access, useful evidence and a clear definition of done. Confirm the price and deliverables before starting.

02 / BUILD & VERIFY

### Make the change reviewable.

Share progress, explain decisions and verify the agreed behaviour with tests, traces or reproducible checks. Keep assumptions and remaining risks visible.

03 / HAND OVER

### Leave a usable result.

Deliver the agreed code or report, supporting evidence and practical handover notes. Agree follow-up work when needed.
